What a busy couple of days. The table has been completely overtaken by crafting supplies as well as a "rig" to film overhead. I'm happy to say that I've finally gotten some videos posted to YouTube....although through trial and error I realize that the video quality diminishes a lot when I email the video to my laptop for editing. All that effort put into a video and it's a little grainy!!! :( Well, the next videos will be filmed with a regular camera and uploaded directly to the laptop with (hopefully) no issues.
What movies did I make? Well, I'm so glad you asked! Cardmaking 101 with a focus on Stampin' Up's "Bloom with Hope" Hostess Stamp set is one of those videos....you can see a preview of the card above (along with the great black mark from accidentally rocking the stamp).
Other videos available.... "An intro to the Sizzix Big Shot", "An Intro to the Cricut Explore", and "How to Emboss Using an Embossing Folder and the Big Shot"...all of which are available in the "Video Tutorials" section of my website.
These are all basic videos, but my goals are to start basic so that those interested in the art of all things papercrafting can get their feet wet and then we can get advanced from there.
Do you have any thoughts, tips, or ideas about this filming process? I would love to hear from you!
